Mist, 2025

Puli rice noodles, acrylic paint, watercolor paint
h260 x w380 x d10 cm

The artwork Mist draws inspiration from the indescribable details of everyday life, attempting to capture the subtle state where the human heart and nature quietly intertwine.
The artist chose the most ordinary material—rice noodles—delicately assembling and weaving them into a vast net, projecting a personal sense of disorientation onto something tangible. Yet, such feelings are inherently difficult to confine within shape, color, or boundaries.

Like mist, this net is both fragile and continuous, tangible yet elusive. It connects all things while also linking inner memories and perceptions, allowing seemingly insignificant details to reveal their weight and meaning through these interwoven threads.
